Electronics Engineer (Mid-Level)
We are looking for a talented and experienced Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in designing, testing, and optimizing electronic systems and components. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of innovative electronic solutions for a range of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for various applications.
- Create and optimize schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
- Build and test prototypes to validate designs and ensure performance meets requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electronics into products.
- Ensure seamless interaction between hardware and firmware/software.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in electronic circuits and systems during development and production.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Maintain clear records of design iterations and changes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance design processes, component selection, and system reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in electronics engineering, focusing on design, testing, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle).
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, power electronics, and signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., CE, FCC, UL).
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware development.
- Familiarity with power supply design, EMI/EMC testing, and reliability engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks and/or Fusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test new products or systems.
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and thermal or fluid dynamics analysis as needed.
- Evaluate mechanical systems for performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead or participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality goals.
- Ensure that projects adhere to budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements.
