Electronic Assembly Operator – Electronics Industry (Mid-Level)
Location: Aveiro, Portugal
Contract type: Full-time
Exatronic is looking to strengthen its technical team with Electronic Assembly Operators. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in related industries, demonstrate autonomy, rigour and practical knowledge, and the ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform, under supervision, manual THT assembly of PCBAs and final assembly of electronic products.
- Perform, under supervision, PCBAs rework operations.
- Comply with good operating practices and safety rules in force.
- Report operational incidents, participating in the implementation of corrective actions and improvements to meet production targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Technical training in electronics, or relevant experience in similar roles.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in an electronic industrial environment, especially in electronics assembly and manual soldering.
Valued Factors:
- Experience in manual soldering and reworking of PCBAs.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with IPC-7711-21 standard on manual soldering, “Rework, Repair and Modification of Electronic Boards”.

Exatronic is looking to strengthen its technical team with SMT Production Line Operators for the assembly of electronic boards. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in related industries, demonstrate autonomy, rigour and practical knowledge, and the ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate SMT assembly lines under supervision, involving configuration, start-up, monitoring, and production shutdown.
- Participate in the configuration and programming of machines, minimising downtime and promoting rapid troubleshooting.
- Ensure quality inspections (SPI and AOI) in line with IPC-A-610 standards and internal requirements.
- Integrate production processes, collaborating directly with engineering.
- Comply with good operating practices and safety rules in force.
- Report operational incidents, participating in the implementation of corrective actions and improvements to meet production targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Technical training in electronics, automation, electrical engineering and/or relevant experience in similar roles.

Exatronic is looking to strengthen its technical team with a Senior Quality Technician to support its operations in the electronics market. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in quality systems, certifications and industrial processes, demonstrating autonomy, rigour, analytical skills and the ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance and participation in the implementation of continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with standards, certifications and legal requirements applicable to the electronics sector (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and other relevant standards).
- Prepare, monitor and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse non-conformities, customer complaints and quality indicators, proposing improvement actions.
- Support the production, engineering, purchasing and logistics areas in quality-related matters.
- Manage and evaluate suppliers from a quality perspective, including qualification processes and audits.
- Prepare, review and maintain quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions and records).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality throughout the organisation.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality roles in an industrial environment, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Solid knowledge of standards, certifications, and quality management systems.

The Exatronic is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Human Resources Administrative Officer, who will support the daily operations of the Administration department, ensuring the proper administrative management of employees, payroll processing, training activities, and support for organisational culture. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organisational skills, confidentiality, proactivity, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll processing, ensuring the correct collection, validation, and submission of all necessary information (absences, attendance, overtime, allowances, among others).
- Administrative management of absences, attendance, holidays, and other working time arrangements.
- Supporting the organisation, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external training activities.
- Administrative management of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, and termination processes).
- Updating and maintaining HR records, files, and databases.
- Supporting General Management in people management initiatives, organisational climate, and company culture.
- Liaising with other departments on matters related to people management and internal processes.
