How to get started?
Simple!
With its own resources at every stage of the electronic engineering and production process, Exatronic offers a highly flexible value proposition.
Collaboration at Every Stage of the Process
- At Exatronic, we are prepared to collaborate at various stages of your project. We can help with initial design and development, the realisation of physical prototypes or the industrialisation of existing prototypes, ensuring their readiness for series production.
- If the process is already planned and optimised, Exatronic can manage the supply chain for electronic components and manufacture electronic boards and products using advanced production equipment and rigorous quality control tests.
From Design to Manufacturing
We adapt our process to the needs and requirements of our customers, offering a support service that extends to all phases of the project, from Design and Development to Prototyping and Final Industrialisation.
Our aim is to support our clients in creating high-quality electronic products.

Solutions that Transform:
The Way We Work to Transform Ideas
We are committed to leading electronic engineering and production with a flexible and integrated approach. With our own resources at every stage, we adapt to the needs of each client, guaranteeing precision and quality from prototyping to supply chain management.

Design
We assess the project's needs, specify requirements, apply design thinking and carry out a risk analysis, planning a budget to ensure that each solution meets the client's objectives.

Development
We work based on specified needs and requirements, creating product components through proofs of concept and minimally viable electronic products, including hardware, firmware and mechanical and electrical components.

Prototyping
We develop plastic and metal components, creating prototypes and small series. We use functional 3D printing and in-house machining to guarantee precision and efficiency in the production of models.

Industrialisation
Once the documentation for the electronic, mechanical and electrical components has been finalised, we carry out a DFM review. We procure components and manage the supply chain to ensure compliance with the production programme.

Manufacturing
We manage the supply chain and manufacture boards and electronic products. We carry out quality control tests and assemble the products, ready for dispatch anywhere in the world.
Our processes,
in detail
Design
- Complete needs assessment and specification of project or product requirements
- Risk Analysis
- Project planning and budgeting
Development
- According to the needs and specification of requirements, we proceed to develop the various components of the product, which can include proof of concept and minimally viable electronic products (hardware and firmware), mechanical and electrical components. Integrated product development is carried out according to DFM (design for manufacturability) guidelines.
- Development tools:
- Risk Analysis
- Project planning and budgeting
Prototyping
- Prototyping plastic components
- Prototyping metal components
- Prototyping and assembly of small series
- Functional 3D printing and in-house machining
Industrialisation
- When the documents for all the electronic, mechanical and electrical components of the product are considered final, we carry out a DFM review, procure all the individual components and develop the supply chain in order to guarantee the production programme.
