Portugal was still living under an analogue monopoly in telecommunications, and digitisation was only a distant promise. It was in this context that the opportunity to innovate emerged: to create and produce a call monitoring device for the national analogue fixed network. This first step marked the beginning of a journey built on strategic vision, technical expertise and determination. Since then, Exatronic has been transforming complex ideas into real solutions and is now a trusted technological and industrial partner.<\/p><p>Pedro is proud to have witnessed part of this transformation \u2013 from electronic engineering to production integration and the creation of departments such as industrialisation, but also to have been part of this growth as a professional. There are days when discipline and meeting deadlines seem to clash with the need to create new solutions. And that is precisely where the real challenge lies: being creative even when the routine is demanding and problems require quick answers.<\/p><p>For Pedro, this tension between rigour and creativity is not a barrier, but rather a stimulus. Over time, he has learned that innovation is not a \u2018moment of inspiration\u2019, but a process that combines method, persistence and openness to new perspectives.
